Senior Customer Service Representative
Jones Feed Mills is a century-old, family-owned and operated feed manufacturing company that produces quality feed for livestock producers throughout Ontario. Currently we have an opening for a full-time Senior Customer Service Representative at our Linwood location.
Responsibilities include:
- Practice safe working habits always
- Working in a fast paced, professional team environment with a day-to-day focus on assisting customers
- Answer telephone inquiries, respond to email inquiries and serve customers
- Process feed orders along with calculating economic data for commercial poultry producers
- Utilize on-farm, remote technology to assist in order determination
- Some evenings and weekends required
Agricultural background preferred. Post-secondary education required.
