Senior Customer Service Representative

Jones Feed Mills is a century-old, family-owned and operated feed manufacturing company that produces quality feed for livestock producers throughout Ontario. Currently we have an opening for a full-time Senior Customer Service Representative at our Linwood location. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Practice safe working habits always
  • Working in a fast paced, professional team environment with a day-to-day focus on assisting customers
  • Answer telephone inquiries, respond to email inquiries and serve customers
  • Process feed orders along with calculating economic data for commercial poultry producers
  • Utilize on-farm, remote technology to assist in order determination
  • Some evenings and weekends required

Agricultural background preferred. Post-secondary education required.

AZ or DZ Driver 

Jones Feed Mills is presently seeking an experienced AZ or DZ truck driver for full-time employment Monday to Friday with overtime. A current driver's abstract is required and 3 years experience is also required. This driver will be operating an AZ bulk feed truck delivering and transferring feed to/for farmers across Ontario. It is a day shift position.

Jones Feed Mills is looking to add a new AZ or DZ driving team member. We offer competitive rates, assigned trucks and rural driving experiences.

Bulk trucks operate Monday-Friday, home every night, overtime paid after 8 hours. Scheduled work every third Saturday.

AZ or DZ license and 3 years driving experience preferred however newer drivers can be considered and given an opportunity to gain experience driving heavy trucks. Our goal is to cross-train all drivers to be able to drive our fleet.

Pay: From $26.15 per hour
